With a great start to the Quiksilver Pro, the 2010 ASP World Tour season is out the gates. This first event is the surfers response to the months of hype and speculation brought on by the surf media in the off season. One heat into the first contest can by no means answers any of these questions. But, its an attempt for the surfers, no matter how futile it may be, to silence their critics.
